Interactive training session

After ~635 projects, we feel like we have a lot of stories, thoughts and data we can offer back to those we work with. So, for the last 2-3 years we have carried out around 35 90-minute (and complimentary) sessions with PE investment and portfolio teams across five topics.

We felt it was time to freshen up the topics.

Goodbye management due diligence; Welcome team and organisational strategy

Management due diligence has been around as an activity for at least twenty years but due to changing investor requirements, and a variety of approaches from providers, it has evolved into several different types of work which need different names. In that context, we’d like to introduce a new name for what mid-market investors seem to be asking for most: Team and Organisation Strategy.

We share our thoughts on why this has happened and a comparison of the three types of offerings we think now exist.

Whether a management due diligence assignment, a senior hire assessment or an organisational development project, we incorporate the right tools in the best ways to bring deeper, holistic and objective insight for our clients.
